We diamond-grind the slab to open the pores, repair cracks and pits with a structural filler, then roll a 100% solids epoxy base, broadcast decorative flake or metallic pigment, and seal it with a UV-stable polyaspartic or urethane topcoat. The result is a seamless, non-porous floor that shrugs off road salt, oil, hot tires, dropped tools and mop water — and wipes clean with a broom.
